Okay let’s be honest, it is absolutely freezing at the moment and the temptation to stay indoors and hibernate is overwhelming! But, if you know me, then you’ll know that I can’t sit still for very long. I am training more than ever right now as this year I am running my first ever marathon! It’s only 14 weeks away so whatever the weather, I’ve got to get out there! Winter training definitely has it’s challenges and so I’m doing my best to look after my body, both outside and in. Another first for me this year, is to try a real skincare regime. My previous skin care routine was pretty basic. Wash my face, dry my face, moisturise and dust on a bit of bronzer.
