You’re never too old, it’s never too late.

I truly believe that it is never too late to start a brand new chapter of your life. I’m turning thirty later this year and I have huge ambitions of the future. I honestly feel like I’m just getting started! Maybe it’s taken me until now to really figure out what I want to do, how I want to live my life and who I really am. That might sound a little bit lame but bare with me okay… I guess what I mean is that I have a very clear idea now of what I want both personally and professionally, and I’m ready to work mega hard for it. So work wise, I would say I’ve had two careers and endless side hustle jobs. Job number one ; Dancer. When I was nineteen, I graduated from dance college and I was a professional dancer for three years. Before getting a dance job in a musical, I worked in a restaurant, a clothes shop, and I also did a few commercial modelling gigs too. Whilst …

REAL TALK

This week I’ve been doing a fifteen minute talk on instagram live each morning at 6.45am. It’s something I’ve wanted to do it for a while because I thought it would be a cool way to share my ideas about self motivation as well as answering questions and having more of a two way chat. It’s crazy that some people have been watching from the other side of the world! This week we’ve had ‘Hello’s from Dubai, LA and Australia! Let’s spread this positive energy like Nutella on a pancake! 🙂 Let’s talk … Here a little bit of what we’ve talked about so far this week. DAY 1 HABITS – We create habits for …

I’m Running My First Marathon!

In just four weeks time, I’ll be lacing up and heading to the start line of the London marathon. This is going to be a huge challenge for me, for so many reasons. I’ve been road running for the last three years, however, I’ve always enjoyed running shorter speedy races. I’ve completed lots of 5K and 10K races but prior to taking on this epic challenge the longest run I’d ever completed was 10 miles. I was offered a place in this years London marathon by the fab team at adidas uk. I’d never even considered running a marathon before, but I said yes without a second thought! (I was later filled with fear as I considered the reality of not only the marathon itself, but also the four month training process.) I began training in January and so far it’s been going really well. It is definitely a bigger commitment than I first expected. It’s not just the time that you need to spend running but also the self care that supports your training. …
