Top Tip – I always have berries in the freezer, that way if I haven’t been shopping and we’re out of fresh fruit, I can just add a few frozen berries to a smoothie or to my porridge etc.
Jude calls this one ‘Strawberry yoghurt juice’ 🙂 He’s not a big fan of bananas, so this is a good way for me to sneak them into his diet. (I other hand love bananas, they are by far the most under rated fruit!)

Looks great! I need to make more smoothies although I perhaps should have said that at the start of the summer rather than now! I mean, it’s practically mulled wine season… and yes you can have that for breakfast! ;D
