Breakfast Wrap.

Here is the recipe for my breakfast wrap.

We are all usually up by 7am in our house, I know that this is probably considered a lye in for some of you. [Mothers to those 5am wakers, I salute you!] I used to love having cereal, fruits and honey for breakfast but recently I have made a switch from sweet to savoury in the mornings.


If I’ve eaten a sugary breakfast before 8am, I’m usually feeling really hungry again by 11am. I’ve essentially set off on blood sugar roller coaster and what goes up must come down. However, when I eat protein for breakfast like eggs and ham I don’t get those sugar cravings. These breakfast wraps take about 5 minutes to make and they are so delicious! I truly believe that you should eat all of the foods that you enjoy and that if you’re active most days then there is no need to count calories. So, how do you like your eggs?


1 Tortilla Wrap
2 Eggs (scrambled)
2 slices of Prosciutto 
1 Avocado
4 Plum Tomatoes 
Black Pepper

Note – Wash it down with fresh lemon water for extra gluten free brownie points. Enjoy!
