5 Things To Do Today

Here are 5 things that you can do today to feel good! 

  1. Eat fresh. Fruits, vegetables, herbs. Eat it fresh & eat it raw.
  2. Have another drink. (Water that is) Add some fresh lemon and mint, hot or cold, it tastes great!
  3. Cut the C . R . A . P (caffeine, refined, additives, preservatives)
  4.  Touch your toes. There a huge benefits to stretching. It improves circulation, posture and can reduce stress.
  5. Go to bed early. Good sleep will make you feel great, and apparently people that sleep more, live longer.
